Steps in our EPC Management Process for Solar Projects
Preliminary Analysis
In our initial preliminary site analysis, we will gather the information that is specific to the scope of your solar project and energy goals. Our team uses that information to generate preliminary designs that we can use to give you both a cost estimate and a timeline for the project before moving to the next phase.

Design Development
We will work with you to generate an agreement to develop 30% and 60% drawings sets, schedule a site visit and analysis (including all incentives [ITC]), and discuss all major project details to provide executable pricing.

Construction Issued for Permit
Our project management team leads pre-project planning, managing project timelines as they relate to procurement, construction, and permits. As your contracted partner, we will start applying for permits with our plan set to the 90% stage.

Construction
Our team aims to keep the construction and installation as simple as possible for you. Once it’s time for your solar installation, our project manager will have all the necessary documents, a full-site logistics plan, and approved permits.

Construction Close Out
We will perform a final inspection with you and ensure you are completely satisfied before we sign-off on the project. Once we are sure you’re delighted with the project, we will provide all close-out documents for commissioning, warranty, interconnection agreement, and permitting.

Monitoring & Maintenance
At this point, our O&M partners officially take over. We will connect to the partners early on in the project so they know the particulars of your system, facilitating a smooth and efficient hand-off once the close-out is complete.
